EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with food service operations.
• Proficiency in using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate billing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

• Operate the POS system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash with care.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items alongside beverages.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, assisting in ordering as needed to maintain stock.
