Last Level Lounge is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests while efficiently managing the bar operations.
Those with a strong love for arcades and all things retro are preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on bartending or food service roles.
  • Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a busy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing orders and handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
