Responsibilities
  • Service of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service and bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about food and drink selections.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service, adhering to all local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
  • Restock supplies as needed, including liquor, garnishes, glassware, other bar essentials as well as service stations.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
