EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; assist in ordering as needed.
