Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed.
