JOB SUMMARY

As our new pub gets busier and busier, we are looking for a couple more team members! We need a couple enthusiastic, committed, and skilled people who are able to both serve and bartend.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience bartending and serving.
  • Strong knowledge of basic math for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
  • Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

  • Process transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments.
  • Adhere to food safety and health regulations while handling food and beverages.
  • Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Potentially be able to open and close the pub as required
