JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized bar area.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in bartending or food service is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixing techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
    Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to customers.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulations.
