Job Summary:
We are looking to fill our our front of house team. Serving, bartending and hosting positions are all available. Willing to train the right candidate for hosting. For servers and bartenders some experience is required.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar supplies and ensure inventory levels are sufficient
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
Skills needed:
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology
- Proven experience in bartending or related role
- Proficient in operating a cash register or POS system
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Passion for the food and beverage industry
