• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
• Operate the POS system effectively, including Micros POS, for processing orders and handling cash transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication regarding food orders.
• Uphold responsible serving practices by checking identification for age verification when necessary.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar operations, drink preparation, and customer service techniques.
