Bartender / Server – Sugar Run Cocktail Bar

Sugar Run is a hidden speakeasy-style cocktail bar known for our craft cocktails, intimate atmosphere, and vibrant events ranging from live music to burlesque. We’re dedicated to delivering a high-end experience without the stuffiness—where world-class drinks meet genuine hospitality.
We’re looking for an experienced Bartender who will also take on some serving shifts to join our tight-knit team. This is a key role, replacing a valued team member, so we’re looking for someone who not only has the skills but also the right personality to fit our culture.

What You’ll Do

• Craft cocktails with precision and creativity—both timeless classics and original creations.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests, whether behind the bar or on the floor.
• Build lasting relationships with regulars and contribute to the welcoming vibe that defines Sugar Run.
• Stay cool and organized under pressure while handling higher volume service.
• Contribute ideas to our rotating cocktail menu and special event features.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and follow all operational and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Bartending experience is a must—with strong knowledge of classic cocktails, techniques, and spirits.
• Creativity and curiosity when it comes to cocktail development.
• A genuine love of hospitality, with the ability to connect and build relationships with guests.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• The ability to stay organized, calm, and efficient in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
