  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing orders and handling cash transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
  • Assist with food service as needed, including serving food alongside beverages and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cash accurately and responsibly, following all cash handling procedures.
  • Stay updated on menu offerings, drink specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
