We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile hospitality professional to join our team. This role blends bartending, table service, and supervisory responsibilities to provide an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will confidently craft both classic and innovative drinks, deliver attentive and personalized service, and assist in leading shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations.   • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests in the bar and dining areas
  • Mix and garnish cocktails to high-quality standards
  • Present and maintain the bar menu, including daily specials
  • Check identification to verify legal drinking age
  • Restock and manage bar inventory

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in bartending, serving, or supervisory roles (country club or upscale dining preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and presentation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy (POS system experience preferred)
  • Relevant training certificates (e.g., ServSafe, alcohol service certification)
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude; knowledge of a second language is a plus
