As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, ensuring food safety, and maintaining an inviting bar atmosphere. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately
• A genuine passion for hospitality and serving others

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
