We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking temporary hospitality staff to join our team during a busy Literature Festival from 9th–18th October.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for full-time temporary work and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, busy hospitality environment.

The Role

During the festival, you will be part of a busy team helping to ensure our customers have a great experience. Duties may include:

• Serving customers at the bar and/or front of house
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Keeping the venue clean, tidy and well presented
• Supporting the wider hospitality team during busy service periods
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Helping with opening and closing duties where required

About You

We are looking for people who are:

• Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to remain calm and organised during busy periods
• Available for full-time hours between 9th and 18th October
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidates
