Job Summary:
The position is for an individual who is truly passionate about the hospitality business. Someone who is excited to be part of a team with a company committed to providing a great customer experience. Must be at least 21 years old. This is not a “seasonal” position. We are looking to build a long term relationship.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bartending, serving, and hosting guests. No prior experience needed (we look forward to training the right individual).
• Greeting customers, seating, making drinks, serving, and helping fellow team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and helping them with our offerings.
• Knowledge of beer, spirits, and wine are a plus - however not necessary.
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ensure cleanliness of work area, set-up, and stock before and after shift.

Abilities Needed for Position:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to create memorable guest connections through your communication and our offerings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management.
• Ability to be counted on.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to use good judgment skills.

Days, Hours, and Pay for Position:

• Days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Hours: 7:00PM to 1:00AM
