JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and experienced Bar Person/Server to join our team at The Italian Restaurant on the beautiful Wareham Quay. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting classic and contemporary cocktails, have a passion for hospitality, and be comfortable serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a restaurant or bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our cocktail menu, wines, and Italian cuisine.
• Monitor customer needs and proactively offer assistance and recommendations.
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
