Full-Time Staff The Mill inn - Withington, Cheltenham

Must be able to commute by car 20 Minutes from Cheltenham

The Mill inn is looking for an experienced member of bar staff to join our team

We’re looking for someone who already has experience working in a busy pub/bar environment, is confident behind the bar, and enjoys providing great customer service.

We are a Samuel Smith’s Brewery pub, meaning we sell our own range of beers, ciders, wines and spirits. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning our products and can confidently talk to customers about what we have to offer.

The role:

• Full-time position
• Minimum wage
• Weekend availability essential
• Previous bar/pub experience is essential
• Flexible availability around our busy periods (Summer Time)
• A friendly, reliable and hardworking attitude
• Willingness to learn our Samuel Smith’s products and range
• Be able to run food and served tables

we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and become a valued part of the team.
