• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.
