Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments.
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
