We're adding new members to our Squire family! We are searching for a dedicated full time bartender/server.

Ye Olde Squire is a small, locally owned pub with a team who feels like family and regulars we adore. At the Squire we cook fresh food made from scratch. A mix of weekday, evening and weekend shifts are available and we're closed on most Holidays.

We are looking for fun and hardworking people who have an appreciation of this industry.

Requirements

• Bartending & drink preparation knowledge and serving experience
• Must be comfortable managing, supervising, and leading a diverse team
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends, including open or closing shifts)
• 3+ year experience in food service/hospitality, specifically bartending (required)
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is an asset

Job Responsibilities

• Bartending and serving duties: preparation of beverages for servers and providing service to customers in an efficient manner, ensuring quality product is provided
• Build effective client relationships & provide outstanding customer service
• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner and take guest orders
• Actively listen and respond positively to guests’ questions, concerns, and requests
• Accommodate special requests for guests whenever possible
• Accurately serve beverages and food to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Open and close restaurant
• Keeping and stocking inventory
