  • Time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of various drink recipes and serving techniques is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices
  • Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking orders and offering recommendations
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for order entry and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in food service
