We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

SKILLS

• Strong background in food service or the food industry is preferred.
• Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Experience in bartending or mixology is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system and manage tabs for customers.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
