Job Description What you’ll be doing in this role: Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant Taking orders, serving drinks, and interacting with guests Recommending drinks based on guest preferences Mixing cocktails and presenting the bar menu Promoting menu items and upselling specials Restocking and maintaining bar inventory and supplies Ensuring an exceptional guest experience Following all food and beverage regulations Qualifications We’re looking for someone who is: Fluent in English, both written and spoken Skilled in mixology, with expertise in classic and modern cocktails, ingredients, techniques, and presentation Knowledgeable about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and able to make informed recommendations to guests Proficient in POS systems for order entry and payment processing Skilled in inventory management, reducing waste, and assisting with supply orders An effective communicator with guests and colleagues Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure Guest-oriented, always seeking to provide excellent service and enhance guest experience A proactive problem-solver, able to handle unexpected situations efficiently A team player who collaborates across departments to deliver top service Willing and eager to learn, mentor others, and continuously improve skills Additional Information What can you expect?
