Job Details Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.50 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service Description A qualified Bartender/Mixology Candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years bartending experience behind a bar focusing on hand crafted cocktails, micro-brewed beer and a nuanced wine program. A candidate should maintain that Guest interaction and service is FIRST among all things. He/She is a perfectionist and craftsman skilled at building the perfect sazerac or achieving perfect balance in a Hemmingway Daiquiri while still being able to be flexible and create a cocktail on the fly when a Guest asks for something with basil, gin, lemon juice and pink peppercorn that maintains impeccable flavor harmony. We expect the right candidate also to possess the same passion and knowledge in food as our qualified server candidates. Candidates for all positions will possess humility, respect and integrity. A flexible schedule is preferred dinner hours and Friday/Saturday/Sunday brunch availability is required.
