Qualifications Requirements: Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law with 2-3 years bartending at a full service bar preferred (DLL certification in VT required) Thorough knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest experiencesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team.
