Smoking Goat is an open-fire Thai barbecue restaurant and bar, serving food inspired by the street food of Bangkok and the laab stalls of northern Thailand. We’re a busy restaurant that works closely with exceptional farmers and offers a daily-changing menu. Our drinks programme includes unique beers, natural wines, and a growing vinyl record collection. We’re now looking for an experienced bartender to join our bar team!
As a bartender at Smoking Goat, you’ll work across the full front-of-house team, combining confident floor service with creative bar leadership. You’ll play an active role in shaping our drinks programme while developing your skills in ordering, stock management, and team training.

STOCK, SUPPLIERS AND ACCOUNTABILITY

• Gain hands-on experience with stock management, ordering, and accounting processes.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and producers, supporting the Bar Manager in sourcing and logistics.
• Take responsibility for maintaining clean, organised and well-stocked bar spaces.
