THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a confident and personable Bartender to join our front-of-house team at Brasserie Constance. You’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a love for cocktails to the role, helping us create a relaxed and memorable guest experience every time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a range of classic and creative cocktails to a consistently high standard.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging service throughout every shift.
• Manage bar prep and mise en place, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, from spirits and wines to house cocktails.
• Support stock control and minimise waste through smart working practices.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to support events, promotions, and seasonal menus.
• Uphold hygiene, health & safety, and licensing standards at all times.
