JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring compliance with Alcohol & Gaming Regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a bar setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
  • Strong skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

    Pay: $15.70-$17.51 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Alcohol & Gaming regulations. Completion of Serve Right and Responsible Gambling courses.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on drink recipes, trends in the industry, and new products.
