EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food service industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting environment for all patrons.
