JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team for special events. The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and can work a flexible, on-call schedule. You will prepare beverages, operate the POS system, and support overall event success by working closely with staff and maintaining a clean, organized bar.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven bartending experience with knowledge of mixology and standard drink preparation.
• Strong understanding of bar operations and food service practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and handling transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with the ability to assist event staff and kitchen teams.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call event shifts.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Operate the POS system for accurate cash and card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Support event staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Monitor and restock beverage and supply inventory as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown for events as required.
