JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar.

EXPERIENCE

  • ProServe certified
  • Previous experience in a bar/restaurant is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.

  • Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service of items.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills during busy shifts to maintain service quality.
