What we offer to Part-time employees: Professional, friendly, and supportive work environment where you are celebrated and valued as an integral part of our team and our success 401(k) plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Pay rate: $21.30 per hour plus tips Responsibilities: Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures Greets guests, explains special signature drinks and other menu items and answers guests’ questions Uses the P.O.S. system to input orders Ensures bar is fully stocked and replenished when needed Assists other servers by running food, greeting other tables, pre-bussing, refilling beverages Other duties as assigned Requirements Requirements: Food Handler permit & MAST Must be 21 years old Prior related experience is preferred Must be able to use the POS system to input orders Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to communicate effectively in English Physical demands and work environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to regularly stand and walk for the duration of the shift. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. Responsibilities
The bartender will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes, while also greeting guests, explaining specials, and answering menu questions.
