JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic bartender to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you’ve got a great sense of humor and a positive attitude — we love someone who can shake a cocktail and shake off a busy night with a laugh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or customer requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and creating a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food, alcohol, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure safety and compliance with legal drinking laws.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other bartenders, servers, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and restocking as needed.
  • Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other bar-related items.
  • Keep track of all drink orders and monitor the bar for any special requests.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender (minimum 2 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
  • Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be of legal drinking age .

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift heavy kegs, cases of liquor, or supplies as necessary.
  • Ability to work in a busy, high-energy environment.
