The Bartender is responsible for the preparation of drinks by following our high standards and recipes in an energetic environment. With a genuinely friendly customer service attitude, describe the menu and daily specials, take orders, mix drinks to proper recipes, serve food in a timely manner, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal. Responsibilities: Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations. Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions. Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments. Adheres to the timing of service while demonstrating a warm and outgoing personality. Helps the guest select menu items by thoroughly going over the food and bar menus; recommending cocktails/wine, suggesting courses, and explaining chef’s features. Maintains the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties.
