JOB SUMMARY

Tabule is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team and provide an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every guest has a memorable visit. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area and ensure smooth service throughout the shift.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Previous experience in bartending or a related hospitality role is preferred.
• Smart Serve certification required; First Aid certification is an asset.
• Positive attitude and passion for providing excellent guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Additional beverage training, such as wine certification or mixology courses, is considered an asset.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Take food and drink orders from guests and deliver them promptly and accurately.
• Create a welcoming and professional bar environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Tabule’s menus, promotions, and services, providing accurate information and recommendations to guests.
• Provide exceptional service, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining a clean dining and bar area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Process payments and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
