As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences * Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations * Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations * Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items * Restock and replenish inventory and supplies * Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours * Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * All other task as assigned Bartender Qualifications/ Skills: * Proven bartending experience * Comply with all food and beverage regulations * Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment * Knowledge of sanitation regulations Requirements: * Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge * Reliable transportation * Proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program Benefits: * Paid training * Employee discount * Employee referral program * 401k with company matching * Health, Dental and Vision offered to full time employees Tailwind Concessions is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
