Description Cellar 75, located within The Barn Resort, is seeking an experienced and outgoing bartender. The Farmhouse Restaurant and Cellar 75 will be at the heart of the resort, and you will be expected to create an amazing experience for our guests while serving food and drinks. Responsibilities: Plan drink menus. Market, sell, and serve all menu items. Inventory and order supplies. Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations. Comply with all state liquor laws and regulations. Stock the work area with ice, drinks, glassware, and other supplies. Responsibly handle all transactions. Complete duties as assigned by supervisor. Participate in company orientation and training. Requirements Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and their methods of preparation. Excellent customer service skills. Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to walk and stand during an entire shift. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to follow instructions. RAMP certification or willingness to obtain it.
Responsibilities
The bartender will be responsible for creating an amazing guest experience at Cellar 75 by planning drink menus, marketing, selling, and serving all food and beverage items.
