Bartenders at The Cake Bake Shop are expected to create a magical and one-of-a-kind experience for our guests by: * Understanding the menu. This includes being well versed in all items (and recipes) with the ability to answer questions about ingredients, history of the item, flavor profiles, and pairings. * Exhibiting poise and composure during a fast paced and busy shift. * Working as part of a team to ensure that all guests have an elevated and unique experience. * Working efficiently and effectively with Aloha POS. * Ensuring accuracy of all orders and financial transactions. * Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, engaging with our guests and with other team members. * Adhering to our uniform and brand standards.
