Job Description Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following: Providing a seamless, rapid service Helping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager Providing advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget Helping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams Qualifications Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also: Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career Be open and communicative Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together Department: Service Pay: Individual agreement Hotel: Motel One London-Tower Hill^7734 Type of Employment: Part-time
