Description Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide excellent member and guest bar experience. We are seeking bartenders who can curate classic cocktails as well as innovate drinks based on members’ suggestions and tastes. Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task. Prior bartending experience is required. Job Duties: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members and guests Interact with members, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Create small cocktail menus and train other bartenders on execution of menu Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Focusing on the complete food & beverage experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Responsible for maintaining a clean uniform Responsible for cleanliness of work area Other duties as assigned Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, Assistant General Manager Requirements Knowledge and capability of making all traditional cocktails Lift up to 40 pounds Stand on feet for 5-8 hour at a time Flexible Hours - Mornings, Afternoons and/or Evenings Part-time 20 - 25 hours/week

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing an excellent experience for members and guests. Responsibilities include creating cocktail menus, managing bar inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
