We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that customers have an enjoyable experience, and you will play a key part in maintaining the overall efficiency of our bar operations.

SKILLS

  • Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
  • Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing cash flow effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards to maintain a hygienic work environment.
  • Previous bartending experience is preferred, along with familiarity with various drink recipes.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and disposing of waste properly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change when necessary.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
