• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed
