The Impeccable Pig are recruiting for experienced Bartenders to come and join our team.
Nestled in Sedgefield in the heart of County Durham, the Impeccable Pig boasts 10 stunning, luxury individually designed bedrooms. The Impeccable Pig delivers one of the best bar, restaurant and hotel experiences on the high street.
Our Bartenders play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of customer service, so they come back time and time again.
As the successful Bartender you will be responsible for taking beverage orders from customers or waiting staff and serving drinks as requested, mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits, as well as general duties such as stocking, sanitising, cleaning bar areas and tables, sweeping floors etc.
We are looking for someone who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment, with previous bar experience, ideally working within a luxury hotel or fine dining/bistro restaurant.
You will need excellent time management and communication skills, be able to demonstrate high standards of cleanliness and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
But most importantly, you will have a passion for customer service, and enjoy providing a memorable service.
