Here’s what you’ll do: Master the menu, including beers, spirits, wines, and bar snacks. Craft and serve drinks with flair, meeting our high standards. Rotate stock, change kegs safely, and record wastage accurately. Follow opening and closing checklists, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed. Our ideal candidate is someone who: Collaborates effectively with colleagues, supporting the team to deliver seamless service. Works quickly and accurately under pressure, ensuring every drink meets our high standards. Pays attention to guest preferences and needs. Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
