JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion ,and commitment to providing exceptional customer service . As a Bartender, you will be responsible for pre pairing drinks for servers and guests at the bar. You must follow recipes as they are written and all standards as per service at The Ivy Restaurant
SKILLS
- Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and cashiering duties.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and giving change.
- Assist with food service as needed
