JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. 1 year experience is REQUIRED with a smart serve.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in cashiering or food service within the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow effectively.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills is essential for engaging with customers and team members alike.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol, adhering to responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
