Our Castlereagh Street restaurant is seeking Bartenders to join the team - 20-30 hours available, part time and casual award rates + penalties.

What we are looking for:

• Previous A La Carte restaurant bar/ bar experience
• A valid RSA
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
• A solid understanding of wine and its service
• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
