QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in bartending or within a restaurant environment is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Exceptional hospitality skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour towards guests.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately while providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible serving practices are followed at all times.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and change is provided.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as necessary.
