  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, glassware, and supplies.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system (Micros POS preferred).
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock levels.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods.
