Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional service at an iconic Cornish pub with breath-taking views. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, a can-do attitude and a flair for great customer service.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for all patrons
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Take food orders confidently
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
